Are you wondering what the difference is between a male vs female Staffy? In this video we go over the 3 key differences between the two sexes.

Temperament: Male and female Staffies are very different. Males generally need more love and attention than their female counterparts.

Female Staffies are known to be more subservient to their human owners, with Males being bossier and more likely to test your boundaries.

One of the major things to consider is your current situation. Do you already have pets? Do you have children? Staffies can be great with other animals and they're known for being amazing family dogs. With that said, if you choose a dominant Staffy, they may not get along with your current pets.

In terms of children, male Staffies are more likely to see them as a playmate, which is something to take into consideration.

Do you already own a Staffy? Two Staffies can be an issue, so it's important to know how Staffies of the same and opposite sex interact. It's also best to raise Staffies a couple of years apart so they're not fighting for your attention.
