오트밀 100g

사과 (깎아서) 200g
계란 2개
우유 40g
꿀 20g
레몬즙 10g
건과일 50g ( 블루베리, 고지베리 )

[ ingredients ]
100g almond powder
2g baking powder
2g baking soda
100g oatmeal
2g salt
200g peeled apple
2 eggs
40g milk
20g honey
10g lemon juice
50g dried fruits (blueberries, goji berries)



180도 예열된 오븐에 40~45분 정도 구어요
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 40~45 min.
