Salted Chocolate Cookie Dough:
1.5 cups (225g) all purpose flour
1/2 cup (50g) cocoa powder
1 teaspoon (4g) baking soda
1/2 teaspoon (2g) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon (4g) fine sea salt
1/2 cup (115g) salted butter, softened
1/2 cup (105g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (115g) brown sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons (5g) vanilla extract
1 tablespoon (13g) whole milk

Creme:
3 ounces (85g) cream cheese 
3 tablespoons (42g) salted butter, softened
2.5 cups (350g) powdered sugar
1 vanilla bean scraped of it’s pods
1/2 teaspoon (1g) vanilla extract
