This is a video showing how I make Haluski which is also known simply as Cabbage and Noodles at home. There are no complicated procedures or hard to find ingredients to make this simple, cheap, but delicious meal.

I used store bought dry noodles but if you have a favorite homemade pasta or dumpling that would just make it even tastier.

So ingredients we used are just:
Obviously, Cabbage, the fresher the better. Mine was very small only about one and a half pounds so I used it all.
Pasta, I used a local brand of Mrs Millers Wide egg noodles.
Onion, I used a half of a medium sweet onion here.
Butter, Lots of butter, I used one whole stick for this small batch.
Spices, I used dried Parsley, Salt, Peppadew Pepper with Garlic Seasoning (plain ground black pepper would be fine) and some Smoked Paprika.
I also used a little EVO (Olive Oil) in the pan for frying.
