We're back to eating trees, but this time I'm not forcing myself to suffer for your amusement — no, I'm only eating delicious stuff today! Watch while I turn a severely cracked piece of wood from an eastern redbud tree into a rolling pin, then gather some eastern redbud blossoms to turn into some tasty jelly, and use that to make a variation on a fancy pop tart.
