OKAY SO, I may or may not still be a bit fizzled out from my armor project and needed to do something cute and whimsical. That, paired with my intense need to make LITTLE GUYS, led me to making this! I've been wanting to make a needle felted Flying Appa to hang down from my ceiling for AGES but it kinda fell down the list over time. With the new show coming out, I figured it's a good atime as any so HERE WE GOOO.
