Full Written Recipes & Price Breakdown

2 bottles of sparkling cider $2.50 (pear and apple)

No Bake Cherry Cheesecake $6.25

1 block of cream cheese blend $1.25
1 8 oz jar of vanilla frosting $1.25
1 tub of extra creamy cool whip $1.25
1 Graham cracker pie crust $1.25
1 can of cherry pie filling/topping $1.25

Soften cream cheese to room temperature and mix by hand or with a mixer until smooth and creamy, add in entire jar of frosting and combine. Then fold or whip in cool whip (thawed). Add to pie crust and refrigerate for 4+ hours until chilled and firm. Top with cherry topping and serve.

Spinach Dip Pull Apart Skillet $6.25

1 block of cream cheese blend $1.25
1 4 oz block of mozzarella cheese $1.25
1 bag of frozen chopped spinach $1.25
Parmesan cheese $1.25
Cheddar garlic biscuit mix $1.25

Soften cream cheese to room temperature and mix by hand or with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Thaw spinach and drain well and mix into cream cheese. Shred mozzarella cheese and add 3/4 of your shredded cheese into spinach mixture, add parmesan cheese to taste.

Mix biscuit mix with 1/2 cup of water per package instructions. Brush skillet or baking dish with vegetable oil and add dollops of biscuit dough around the outer perimeter of skillet. Fill middle with creamy spinach mixture and top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until biscuits are golden brown on top, around 18 to 20 minutes.

Lazy Lasagna $5.00

1 block of mozzarella cheese $1.25
1 jar of pasta sauce flavor of choice $1.25
2 bags of cheese ravioli $2.50

Thaw ravioli in fridge overnight or on counter top for 1 hour and grate mozzarella cheese. In a small baking dish, add a small amount of pasta sauce to the bottom and begin stacking ravioli. I use a brick laying pattern to fill in all the gaps, adding a small amount of sauce between each layer of ravioli. You'll get about 3 layers total. You can add more sauce if desired but using less sauce means a better chance of your ravioli sticking together to give that distinct layered lasagna presentation.

Top with mozzarella cheese (parmesan cheese is optional since we have it on hand for the spinach dip) and bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.

Allow to set for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
