Ha Gow Dim Sum is one of my favorites. It's juicy, chewy, and quite flavorful. However, making this dish requires a lot of time and effort. Now you can enjoy some delicious ha gow within minutes by using just rice paper! It is super quick and effortless.

Ingredients:
rice paper
450g shrimp
1 tsp Mui Kwe Lu (can substitute cooking wine)
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp sugar
1/3 white pepper
2 tsp egg white
Dipping Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp black vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp hot chili oil
