We've covered a lot of the issues surrounding purchasing a condo over the past couple of years like HOA fees that are skyrocketing, upcoming reserve requirements, but one thing we haven't touched on much, is corruption, and theft. This is something you really gotta watch out for when you're purchasing in any HOA community not just condos because the people who are in charge have the ability to steal if you're not pay attention.
