Authorities announced a major break in a cold case investigation dating back nearly 25 years. In 1996, the body of 17 year old Gladys Arellano was found at the bottom of a ravine in the rugged southern California area known as Topanga Canyon. Police collected DNA evidence at the time, but with no suspects, the case went cold. Fast forward to November of 2019, when a man was arrested on a domestic violence charge. Cops got a DNA sample from him, and it turned out to be a match. #InsideEdition
