It’s been said that art is a time capsule of history, but what happens in a globalized culture? Andres Hermida argues for a return to absurdity in Colombian filmmaking, focusing on the joys and anxieties of Latin America, in order to feel the real magic.

18yearold Andrés Hermida’s early passions were film, poetry, theater, music, photography, social services and art. He attended film school in his freshman year of high school which led to the participation of other thirteen film project credits. He has his own film club to watch movies and a poetry club.
