M. V. Lee Badgett and Carlos A. Ball discuss the future of LGBT equality, capitalism, and the broader struggle for human rights with Michael Bronski. In doing so, they explore the historical role that LGBT activism aimed at corporate America has played in advancing equality both within their walls and in the public sphere and how our economy loses when we miss out on the full benefit of LGBT people’s potential contributions.
