大家好今天是我不太常做的三明治不过挺简单的早起不用花很多时间。里面有煎蛋、火腿粒、蟹肉棒、菠菜、玉米粒、熟芝麻、全麦面包配的美乃滋蛋黄酱。

用冰箱里有的菜做的所以没有考虑适不适合放三明治里比如火腿和玉米粒也可以煎蛋的时候把他们混进去这样吃的时候就不那么容易掉。

Hello everyone, today's menu is spinach sandwich which I don't usually make, but it is definitely an easy and quick lunch to prepare in the morning.

Inside this sandwich I have put omelette, ham cube, crab stick, spinach, corn, toasted sesame seeds, with brown wholewheat bread and mayonnaise.

Ham cube and corn are easy dropping while eating, you can also cook these together with egg, so they can stick to the omelette.
