It's a wireless mouse! But it's got a few nice features to it. First off are the silent buttons. This can be a real benefit in some environments where the clicking sound of the mouse could be irritating or disturbing to others. Also, it's rechargeable, so no need to keep AA or AAA batteries in the house for it. And we all know what happens when that battery goes dead and there are no more in the house!

There is RGB backlighting in the mouse, and that feature can be turned on or off, of course it will save battery power in the off position. Battery life is 1525 days with the RGB lights on, 2530 days with them off. The mouse has adjustable DPI, 1200, 1600, and 2400 DPI. The USB dongle stores neatly inside the mouse body itself, so it's easy to travel with.

Unfortunately, the charging cable won't work to make the mouse a wired mouse, in the event you forget to recharge it in time. However, you can charge the mouse while using it, still wirelessly communicating to the computer.
