400g  pilchhards in tomato sauce
170g  tuna  in salt water
1 tablespoon seafood run
1 tablespoon garlic  salt
1 tablespoon mixed herbs/ Italian herbs
Fresh thyme ( optional)
 Chopped corriander ( optional )
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon  Heba/ cake flour/ bread crumbs 
1 teaspoon lemon juice


Top  coat
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon tumeric
2 tablespoon Heba/ cake flour/ bread crumbs
