I've got low air flow coming from my vehicle's dash vents even though the fan is on high. In this video I locate the cause of low or weak air flow from the vents. I have the fan turned on high, but little to no air is coming out of the vents. Thankfully it was an easy fix. The cabin air filters were clogged, thus not allowing air to pass through effectively.
