This was June of 1990, and while the major event promoter of the time had banned BIGFOOT #8 temporarily, Andy Brass did some fillin driving in BIGFOOT #4. Bring on the Louisville, KY figure8 course. It is well known in monster truck history as being a fast and exciting race track. Brass and #4 were determined to add to that mystique. #4 at the time had a new fuel injected engine that was still being fine tuned. Brass fought the new powerplant the entire event, as it was sputtering and misfiring. What resulted was some of the best races that you will ever see.
