Chad Daybell, 55, is facing charges of firstdegree murder, insurance fraud, and conspiracy to commit murder and grand theft in connection with the deaths of Tammy Daybell, 7yearold Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 16yearold Tylee Ryan. Their mother, Lori Vallow, received a life sentence without parole for the killings last year.

The killings have been heavily publicized on Dateline’s “Mommy Doomsday” and Netflix’s “Sins of Our Mother.”
