I am duplicating the recipe for bun dough.
250 grams milk,
2 tbsp. semolina,
7 grams of yeast,
2 chicken eggs,
70 grams sugar (if you want sweeter buns, add more sugar)
a pinch of salt,
30 grams vegetable oil,
30 grams butter,
500550 grams of flour.
Mix all ingredients and set the dough to rise.
The dough is tasty, rich and does not go stale for a long time.
