360 grams water,
25 grams sugar
10 grams salt
25 grams butter,
6 grams yeast
1 tablespoon spinach powder.
Mix everything, leave for fermentation. Once the dough has risen form the bread. Let rise for 15 minutes and bake at 200 C until done.

Meat for barbecue.
For barbecue, as a rule, there is no recipe.
Cut the meat into portions. Add your favorite spices. We used: coriander, salt, pepper, dried garlic, turmeric.
At the end, add 12 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix well.
Let it marinate a bit and grill it on a charcoal grill.
