Navratri 2020 Devi Sadhana Sadhguru

A chant of Devi's 33 auspicious names, this Stuthi is a key to open oneself up to Devi.

The sadhana is to be practiced on each of the days starting October 17 to 25, 2020, by doing the following:

Light a lamp for Devi.
Chant three or eleven cycles of the “Jai Bhairavi Devi” stuti in front of a photo of Devi, Linga Bhairavi Gudi, Linga Bhairavi Yantra, or Avighna Yantra. It is advisable to chant eleven cycles. (One cycle is the recitation of all 33 names of Devi, as listed below). The chant is available as part of the Isha Chants free mobile app.
Make an offering. There are no restrictions on what can be offered.
The sadhana can be done at any time of the day or night and can be done by all. There are no dietary restrictions, though it is preferable to have sattvic food as is customary during the festival. The sadhana can be done along with other traditional celebrations.
