Fire crews hope a shift in the weather will help them gain containment on a massive wildfire that has forced thousands of people from their homes in San Bernardino County.
As of Tuesday afternoon, the Line Fire had charred at least 27,974 acres and was 14% contained. 2,098 firefighting personnel aided by 15 helicopters are battling the blaze, which erupted last Thursday along Base Line Street in Highland.
