The first 12 minutes, i didn’t feel much of anything. The heat started to build after that. My mouth and throat became pretty hot but not to the level i expected. My main complaint was the intense chest pain/ pressure so that started to mess with my mind. I felt really weak and needed to go lay down. Once i laid down, i felt a little sick to my stomach. I went to the bathroom just in case. I put my head on the toilet like a teenager too drunk for the first time. Still felt very weak. I never threw up, Just spit…….ALOT. I still didnt drink anything even though my husband kept checking on me and telling me to drink some milk. How sweet . I think he may have been a little worried that point. After about two minutes of that, all feelings subsided and I felt AMAZING!! Endorphins are awesome!!!
