DIY how to lift concrete steps. These steps have slowly sank over the years, causing uneven riser height. I started by digging a few holes and then installing bottle jacks into the holes. Then, I Slowly started to lift the steps back into place. I had to use the van and scissor jack to push the steps back against the wall. Once happy with how the steps were sitting, I buried the jacks in concrete and added a little slab at the bottom of the steps.
