This massage is meant to be performed on dry skin, without the aid of slippery oils or moisturizers. It's a combination of moves from my favorite face massage books and some of my own ideas.

The idea behind this massage is to gently lift and shape the cheeks, so they don't sag upon the mouth area.

I practice this massage during the day as a supplement to doing a nightly massage nr 10 and 12 from the book "Surgery in your own hands".
