In April, I started my own challenge inspired by 75 Hard. Here's what I had to do all month:
● 10k Steps a Day
● 5 workouts per week
● Follow a Diet (Intermittent Fasting 16:8 or longer)
● Hobby for 10 Minutes a Day (art!)
This video has my thoughts on the requirements and how easy or hard each was.
