Recipe:
1 Lemon box cake mix
15 oz. Sour Cream (or Yogurt)
Mix both together and pour into a greased or parchment paper lined 9x5 loaf pan
Bake at 350 degrees until done about 35 minutes
Icing:
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 Tbsp melted butter
Juice from one whole lemon
Pour over cake
