I think this is the simplest no bake cheesecake recipe. Of course, you can make it using only cheese, but the version with cream is much better. The cheesecake then has a sweet, creamy taste. If you like changing ingredients in recipes, you have plenty of options here. You can enrich the cheesecake by adding fruit, choosing other flavors of jellies and adding cookie or short crust pastry bases for the bottom of your cake. Apart from the lemon one, my favorite version is also the strawberry one with pieces of fruit in jelly. ENJOY!

Ingredients:
80g jelly powder (lemon flavor)
1 1/2 tsp gelatin powder
250g mascarpone
250 ml heavy whipping cream
6 Tbs powdered sugar
Lemon zest (from half of the lemon)
