Leg Length Inequality A Hidden Cause of Low Back Pain

Follow
Drummond Chiropractic

Do you have low back pain? Does stretching, therapy or chiropractic care only provide temporary relief? Then this video is for you. In this video, we talk about leg length inequality as a potential cause of low back pain. Heel lifts may help. But warning! If your leg length difference is in your thigh (femur) and not your lower leg, heel lifts may NOT be for you. Heel lifts make sense if your leg length inequality is in your lower leg, because it will align your knees, hips and low back. But if the inequality is in your thigh (from having a longer femur bone), heel lifts may NOT be for you, as you don't want to sprain your knees trying to fix you back! Check out this video (or our website) to learn more.
