Steamed Cabbage Meat Rolls Recipe
1. Prepare a Chinese cabbage, remove the petiole of the cabbage, leaving only the leaves
2. Wash the cabbage leaves one by one
3. Add some water to the pot, add a little salt after water boiled, then put the cabbage leaves in, boiled for about 30 seconds, then remove out and drain them
4. Wash the presoaked shiitake mushrooms, cut them into small pieces, and put them in a bowl for later use.

6. Take a cabbage leaf and spread the meat filling on it. Fold it side to side like this, and then roll it up from the middle.
7. Wrap all the leaves and meat stuffing in turn, and place them on the plate.
8. After the water in the steamer is boiled, put the meat roll into and steam for 10 minutes
9. When the time is up, use clip to take out the plate, arrange the green onion in the meat roll, drizzle with hot oil and steamed fish oil.
