Vanshika, a Chennai native with a dynamic career spanning a Google internship, four years as an expert consultant at McKinsey, and an incredible passion for transforming lives through public policy, education, and healthcare. When it came to pursuing an MBA, she knew what she wanted from the experience: to build her skills, switch geographies, work with a more diverse set of people, and seek out diverse experiences.

Her quest for a global experience led her to INSEAD–and it was an instant connection. INSEAD was a perfect fit both logically and emotionally.

Despite obstacles like a 730 GMAT with a lower quant score, and the absence of standout hobbies, Vanshika refused to be deterred. She worked relentlessly and leveraged her unique experiences, connecting with INSEAD alumni, attending events, and conducting deep dives into the university’s culture and values.

When it was time for her interviews, Vanshika approached Management Masters for our mock interview service. While Piyush, our chief consultant and founder, provided her with a baseline for her interviews, we connected her to current INSEAD students for the mock interview process itself.
