Prunes
Mandolin oranges
Brandy
Apples
Cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg

Apple Cider Glaze
* 2 cups apple cider vinegar
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter
* 2 tsp cinnamon
* 6 Tblsp sugar
* 1/4 cup Brandy

Cook to 175 in thigh. Glaze drippings every 30 minutes and cider glaze last 10 degrees. Rest 30 minutes before carving.
