Layout Tour - BN Pacific Division in Amazing Detail HO Scale

Follow
NSmodeler24

Take a tour of Tim Dickinson's incredible Burlington Northern model railroad, recreating the BN Pacific Division from Seattle, WA to Spokane, WA in the 1970s. From end to end, this layout is packed with detail, unique operations, and amazing scenery. The HO scale layout is a private model railroad that Tim and his friends have been working on since 1984. A huge thanks to Tim for letting me visit and share it with y'all! I also wanted to thank Paul Federiconi from Details West for his time and help in coordinating this video. Check out his business here: https://www.detailswest.com/

Also, a big thank you to Matt Wiles for helping me with the information and narration on the layout!

A few additional notes / corrections:
Though the mainline is Code 83, other tracks are Code 70 and Code 55
The rathole is not technically a "branch line," just the name of the switcher that services it.
12:20 location name is known as "Moxee City"
The coal cars in Fruitvale are not for a power plant, but rather for a cement plant. My apologies!

As always, thanks for watching.

Josh
