After sitting unused for 4 years, this Toro Recycler Lawn Mower would not start. No surprise there. In this video I will demonstrate a diagnostic process and repair method that you can apply to almost any nonrunning lawn mower. In this case, we've got a singlecylinder Kohler engine with automatic choke. I will try to walk you though pretty much the entire process.
