Oh, you guys, I had such a lovely menu picked out for this week, but everything fell apart and nothing went as planned!!! This is what our large family of 9 ate in a week when Momma was hurting and then some children left the home! Some meals were nice and others were just quick and thrown together last minute. There are also lowcarb/diabetic friendly meals that help keep my blood sugar in check.
