Ingredients:
2 Lamb Shanks
1 Onion Diced
2 Stalks Celery Diced
2 Carrots Diced
2 Tomatoes Large Diced
2 Cups Tomato Sauce
2 Cups Red Wine
1.5 Cups Beef or Chicken Stock
Salt and Pepper to Taste
2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
2 Sprigs Fresh Oregano
2 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
4 Cloves Garlic Minced
