On April 17, 2018, Fredrikson attorney Rick Ross (https://www.fredlaw.com/our_people/ri...) presented a program addressing the structure and function of the National Labor Relations Act and how this can impact nonunion employers. This program looked at how policies in nonunion shops may violate the National Labor Relations Act, including policies on email communication, social media usage, confidentiality, nonfraternization or harassment, and access to company property.
