The soundtrack of Interstellar is full of messages and symbology. It talks about space and time, and the place of the human being in all this. About what it means to be a father and what it means to be a hero.

And the most interesting thing is that it doesn't do it like John Williams, or Howard Shore, with themes and motives. But with textures and sonorities. Hans Zimmer is a master, but not the kind of master we are used to.
