We've been keeping a secret from Caleb for six months now. It wasn't easy—especially because Caleb asks SO MANY questions. In January, KYD Insiders Mark & Ceci reached out to us, giving us first dibs on Mark's dad's MGB. They knew Caleb's affinity toward MGs from previous episodes.
We thought it over and decided this was one of those opportunities that he'd remember forever. Caleb contributes so much to KYD and is always so incredibly helpful with a positive attitude. We thought this was something he could take away from his "KYD Years" before he goes off to school next year. If you're now wondering what we're going to do once we're officially empty nesters ... don't worry, we have plans! We knew we needed a good story (reason) to tow a car hauler from Michigan to Ohio and show up at the British Transportation Museum. So we told Caleb that KYD Insider David needed us to pick up his Mustang Shelby because he was traveling. In return, Caleb would get to drive the Shelby at the GingerMan Raceway.
