“One often meets his destiny on the road he takes to avoid it.”

This is my first time covering a soundtrack from legendary film scorer Hans Zimmer and my second time for the legendary John Powell (Thank you for the signed CD btw!) I once stated that I was kinda afraid to cover these soundtracks since they were just so cinematic and complex. After I covered How To Train Your Dragon though, I'd figured that this would be a perfect followup.

Since this soundtrack uses more oriental instruments, I decided to get some new sounds for the Orchestral Forces. Aside from the Guzheng, and the iconic Erhu, Misairu's Orchestral Forces welcomes the Pipa, Qudi, and Xiao to their respective regiments. The end result is one of my most energetic and jazzy orchestrations to date.
