Lucy is having trouble running her new Kooky Car Wash, she just can't seem to find any customers! Luckily, this silly worker comes up with a good idea. She sneaks over to the Crazy Car Store and her new competitor the Wacky Car Store and starts to dirty up all of the ride on cars at the pretend kids car dealership.
