I'll be doing a review and testing out my new KitchenAid Ultra Power Plus Stand Mixer. I'll be testing out the dough hook which can be used to make all types of bread. Making dough in the KitchenAid stand mixer is simple and quick and once you get the hang of it, you'll never want to go back to kneading dough with your hands ever again.

Just be careful when adding liquid to the flour, I suggest you add water gradually until you reach the desired consistency. You can also make pizza dough with the KitchenAid stand mixer and also make bread using the dough hook. The dough hook, whisk, beater and pouring shield all come as accessories included with the KitchenAid Ultra Power Plus Stand Mixer.

It's a great addition to any kitchen with more power than the Classic model, which has a 250 Watt motor and slightly less power than the Artisan, which has a 325 Watt motor, the Ultra Power Plus model comes in with a 300 Watts motor and a 10speed slide control. There really is a small difference between the KitchenAid Stand Mixer Ultra Power Plus and KitchenAid Artisan models and the price difference can be $100 if you're lucky to find it during the Sales.

The KitchenAid Ultra Power Plus TiltHead Stand Mixer comes with a beater, wire whisk, dough hook and I was lucky enough to get a pouring shield included in my set too, with a 300Watt motor and 4.5 Qtr Steel bowl, with handle, it was the best deal I could find that had all the features including the TiltHead.

It also comes with a bunch of accessories that you can buy separately depending on what you need and use the most, whether you want a grinder attachment, a shredding attachment, pasta attachment and much more!

If you're looking to invest in one or have always wanted one for your kitchen but couldn't afford, the KitchenAid Ultra Power Plus TiltHead Stand Mixer with 4.5 Qtr bowl and 300Watt motor is a great option that won't hurt your budget.
