My son is working Kit, my 22 weeks old Border Collie Puppy in the round pen on sheep. She is finally comfortable circling the sheep in both directions. She still likes to dive in and push or bite. The handler tells her to push instead of getting after her. As she receives more training she will understand and quit diving in but will if the handler tells her to when necessary. She is really catching on and working with the handler instead of playing. She is following the handlers hand signals and balancing with him by keeping the sheep together between her and the handler. She’s really going to advance now.
