KETO DIET is expensive? Menu for 2 days and 3 meals every day

In this video, I propose 3 simple but very tasty recipes that you will prepare for around PLN 20 a day! The KETO diet does not have to be expensive :)
Egg muffins with kabanos and olives are the perfect first course as well as a meal for work! My version of the fast KETO cabbage rolls will be a delicious and filling lunch for 2 days, and a simple mozzarella salad for dinner. In a few minutes and with a small amount of ingredients, you will prepare amazing dishes!

Egg muffins
8 eggs
90g sausages (preferably without nitrates)
80g olives
150g of paprika
salt pepper

QUICK KETO SWEETLES
500g of white cabbage
50g of butter
400g of ground beef
1 onion
50g of paprika
salt pepper
a teaspoon of dried garlic
teaspoon of paprika

SALAD WITH MOZZARELLA
1 ball of mozzarella
2 tomatoes
40g olives
2 tablespoons of olive oil
spoon of balsamic vinegar
