Follow
Dr. Brandon Beaber

Ofatumumab is a bcell depleting agent which had two successful clinical trials for multiple sclerosis (ASCLEPIOS I and ASCLEPIOS II) where it was compared against the pill Aubagio (teriflunomide). In this video, I review the clinical trial results looking at relapses, MRI lesions, serum neurofilament, and brain atrophy. We also look at side effects of the drug in the trial.
