"The 14th amendment: its radical past (and future?)" was the last lecture of the Diversity and U.S. Legal History Series presented by the Office of the Dean and the Diversity and U.S. Legal History Reading Group. Kenneth Mack, the Lawrence D. Biele Professor of Law, gave the lecture on Nov. 16, 2016 in Wasserstein Hall. The lecture series is a companion to the Diversity and U.S. Legal History Reading Group led by Professor Mark Tushnet and will feature ten lectures.
