Disconnect power to the unit before attempting any repairs. While disassembled, take the time to disinfect the chute/funnel area. Reassembly is the same steps in reverse order. There is a spring on the back of the paddle that was not mentioned in the video. A thin flathead screw driver may help in the removal of the chute/funnel, but I was unable to remove it without breaking two of the plastic hook tabs.
