Part number I bought through sears parts direct are 5304476700 freezer temp control thermostat. I also bought the green bulb since it was burnt. 5304492852 freezer indicator light

Update..if you are only replacing the green bulb, the part number i provided is a assembly, it comes with the housing..make sure you have the electrical connector nut, there is video how to use the electrical connector nut. all wires are color coded and just cut the old light bulb out from the connector nut. cut the opposite wires also, basically get rid off the old connector nut, strip the wires , pair it side by side color coded, and let the new connector nut do the twisting, secure the nut with electrical tape so dirt wont go in the connector nut opening. you can watch my video, there is a part where how i used the electrical tape
