#1 Velocity. How quick does an item sell? How has the demand changed overtime? You find this by reading keepa charts.

#2 Competition. How much competition is on a product and how has that increased/decreased since the product has been on Amazon?

#3 Price action. Has the price increased or decrease overtime? What is the recent trend.
