"I have been going to Foothills (Arrowhead location) since I was a child, and they have always amazed me with the positive environment and the love they have for helping people like me. I came in with severe back pain so bad that I couldn't walk. They stayed by my side and never gave up on me through it all. My therapist was Alex (DPT), and he was amazing! There are so many technicians to help you master your exercises to perfection and a huge variety of physical therapists and physical therapy assistants that are all so AMAZING! they have such positive attitudes.
